10 kebaikan air Coke Cola

Artikel asal from: hafyzol.blogspot.com

Kesan minyak tu pasti hilang. Kemudian bolehlah minum air basuhan tadi berperisa coke.

7. Cermin kereta anda berdebu/kotor/melekit ? Celup tuala dengan Coke dan lap. Pasti bersih.

. Tolong jangan letak/parking kereta berhampiran lori tangki yang ada tanda amaran tu, silap-silap tengah bawa kereta, putus 2 sebab hakisan/karat.Para pengedar minuman Coke telah menggunakannya untuk mencuci bahagian enjin lori/trak mereka sejak 20 tahun. Wahh...mesti buat overhaul ni!

9. Kandungan gulanya 18 sudu cawan teh satu tin Coke. 7-up, Drinho, Yeos, Milo , F&N dan; dll. Sama saja!

9 Fat-Burning Eating Tips

Now don't get all excited. We don't have any magic wand solutions that will take the place of exercise and eating right. But we do have a few foods that could help you on your journey to rid yourself of excess flab. Hungry Girl's here with the scoop...

LEAN PROTEIN
To put it simply, protein takes a lot of effort for the body to break down and digest. A lot more than, say, fat. So while your body is working hard to process that protein, you're burning calories. HG tip -- eat fish! Chances are you're not getting enough of it. Not only is fish a fabulous source of lean protein, BUT many types are full of those Omega-3 fatty acids you're always hearing about. Beans are also a wonderful source of protein. And it's no secret how we feel about our friend the soybean. (Let's have a cheer for veggie patties and soy-meats!)

WHOLE GRAINS
Belly fat is not particularly cute on anyone (except maybe babies), so it's exciting news that whole grains can do a number on that stubborn flab around your midsection. One of the easiest ways to get whole grains into your diet? Oatmeal in the morning. Quaker's Simple Harvest Multigrain Hot Cereal is really good and just full of grains. Also, Kashi GoLean's Hot Cereal packs in 7 whole grains and a big 5 - 7g fiber! Mmmmm...

GRAPEFRUIT
Ever since you were a kid popping Flintstones Chewables, you've known that Vitamin C is good for you -- and that certainly hasn't changed. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant AND has been shown in studies to help burn fat. So, if you're looking for a snack, how's about a nice, juicy grapefruit? The theory is that grapefruit helps to lower insulin levels, which keeps you from being hungry all the time! We know it smacks of classic diet food, but those Ruby Reds are MIGHTY delicious! If it's too sour for you straight, sprinkle it with some no-calorie sweetener like Splenda or stevia.GREEN TEAGreen tea is EVERYWHERE. It's been classified as a "superfood" as it's been linked to reduced rates of heart disease and cancer. And now it helps us lose weight too? Green tea has been shown to raise our metabolism, which is key in our battle with the bad stuff. Researchers also suspect that substances called polyphenols combined with caffeine are responsible for its fat-burning properties. If the hot murky stuff doesn't do it for you, try HG's Green Tea Crème Swappuccino! Only 75 calories and SO GOOD!

SPICY FOODS
You know how when you eat spicy foods, you sometimes start to sweat a little (ew)? That's because it's given a little kick to your heart rate. These little kicks will result in a temporary increase in your metabolism, which will help you burn fat a little easier for a bit. A quick hit with cayenne, red pepper flakes, or whatever hot sauce you fancy should do the trick and get your blood pumping. And these spices are practically calorie-free. Yes!

LIGHT DAIRY
Hey, dairy queens! Good news! It turns out that people who eat low-fat or fat-free dairy lose MORE weight than people who don't. Sure we mentioned protein before, but it bears bringing up again since the magical combo of calcium and protein seems to work wonders. We're WAY into yogurt, so we suggest picking up some Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt and mixing in your favorite fruits, sugar-free preserves... or whatever! Also, light string cheese is a GREAT little snack, with only around 50-60 calories and 2.5g fat a pop. Not bad for hard cheese, people. WATERExperts say it's important to drink lots of water if you're trying to burn fat Your body can't work effectively if it's dehydrated -- not only will you FEEL like you don't have any energy, but also your body really won't have what it needs to function and burn off fat. Keep that machine humming -- drink around 8 glasses of water a day!

CINNAMON
Sure this stuff tastes good -- that's why it's found in SO many things. But those chefs might not know that their sprinkling of cinnamon is helping the body process sugar more effectively and lower blood sugar levels. High blood sugar can lead to the body storing more fat, so maybe put together a little shaker of cinnamon and Splenda to sprinkle on your favorite foods! Then whip up some fat-burning cinnamon toast by using your new concoction on whole-wheat bread!

APPLES
An apple a day isn't going to keep the gym away, but it'll probably make your diet plan more effective. Word on the street is that the pectin contained in apples limits how much fat your cells can absorb. (SWEET!) Plus it's a naturally soluble fiber, which is always good. So next time you feel all snacky, grab whichever apple looks best to you (we love Fujis!).

Ideas for Ice-Breakers/Energisers

Following are some suggestions for short activities to encourage participants to move around, relax, take a break from what they are doing or get to know each other better. Some may have relevance to a topic, some may develop skills and others are designed simply to change the pace or focus of the training. Energisers and games can be particularly useful after a long presentation, or to start the first afternoon session of a workshop. As a general rule, energisers should be chosen with a sensitivity to the cultural, gender and religious norms of the group. People’s physical abilities should also considered.

‘Fruit salad’ - this is an energiser that can also be used as a way of forming random groups. First decide on the number of groups needed, then elicit the same number of types of fruit from the group (e.g. four groups = oranges, bananas, mangoes, papaya). Allocate a fruit to each person, making sure all the fruit types are used. Arrange a circle of chairs in the middle of the room, with one less chair than the number of participants. Everyone sits, except for one person who stands in the middle. The person in the middle then calls out one of the fruits. All those with that name run to find another chair at the same time as the person in the middle. One person will be left standing in the middle again, and they then call out a fruit name - all those with that name run to find another seat. At the end, the facilitator calls out “Fruit Salad” which means that everyone has to get up and find another seat. The energiser should only last ten minutes, and after this, all the fruit types can form small groups.

‘Move to the spot’ - this energiser takes five minutes. Ask participants to spread around the room and to pick a particular ‘spot’ that is ‘theirs’. Then ask people to move around the room, doing something suggested by the facilitator, such as: “Say hello to anyone wearing red; Hop, skip or jump; Whistle or make a strange sound; Walk backwards”, and so on. When the facilitator says “Stop!”, everyone has to get back to their ‘spot’ as soon as possible. This game can be fun, and gets the energy going, if it is not done for too long - people will get bored quite quickly.

‘Ha!ha!ha!’ - this energiser is useful for changing pace or if there is tension in the group. The facilitator explains that s/he is going to make them laugh. The facilitator starts by saying “Ha!” and getting the next person to repeat this, adding another “Ha!”. Participants then repeat what their neighbour says, adding another “Ha!” each time. In this way, people are ‘made’ to laugh and very quickly everyone will be laughing. Try it out in social situation first - it does work!

‘Making rain’ - this is similar to the ‘Ha!Ha!Ha!’ energiser. Everyone sits in a circle and the facilitator starts by drumming her/his fingers on a table or chair. The next person starts to drum their fingers, then the next, until everyone is drumming their fingers. The sound is like that of heavy rain or a thunderstorm. End the exercise when everyone is ‘making rain’.

‘Animal families’ - prepare slips of paper with the names and family members of different animals (e.g. Mother Elephant, Father Elephant, Sister Elephant and Brother Elephant; Mother Lion, Father Lion...). Participants are given a slip of paper and they should go round the room looking for their ‘family’ . The facilitator then calls out “family reunion” and everyone has to quickly find their ‘family’. Noises of the animals can be made if an extra element of chaos is wanted.

‘A’s and B’s’ - this energiser can also be used to form random groups. Find an open space for this exercise. Participants should silently choose one person in the group to be their ‘A’ and one person to be their ‘B’ (there are no criteria for selecting As and Bs). Once everyone has made their choice, the Facilitator explains that people should now try to get as close to their ‘A’s” as possible and as far away from their ‘B’s’. People should be encouraged to move quickly - the only rule is that they are not allowed to touch anyone. After a few minutes, participants are asked to reverse the process (getting close to the ‘B’s’ and far away from the ‘A’s”). This exercise will make people move about in unusual ways and should generate a lot of laughter.

Knotty problem – this energiser can be used for problem solving or giving clear instructions. Ask for 2 volunteers for this exercise, and then ask them to leave the room. Then ask everyone left to stand up, and get themselves into a ‘knot’ by intertwining hands/arms, while holding others’ hands. Then, when the group is in a significant muddle, ask the 2 volunteers to come in and sort out the knot by giving instructions. They should be able to enable the group to form a circle while holding hands. This only works when the volunteers empower and encourage all participants to work it out together - otherwise they don’t generally get far!
Another option is to give (or get someone else to give) instructions to the group, i.e. “all talk to each other and work out a way to undo this knotty problem. Go ahead. Over to you. That’s it. etc.” and observe the dramatic difference - generally, knot undone within a minute or two.

Plank – this energiser is good for helping people learn names, laugh and get to know one another. Ask participants to line up in two places in the training room. Now ask them to reorder themselves alphabetically by name (or by birthday, without the year, or other) without talking to one another. The trainer then checks for accuracy.
One-two-three, stamp-clap-? – Ask participants to get into pairs. Count out loud alternately 1,2,3,1,2,3 etc. Develop a rhythm, and then ask pairs to find another partner, and replace 1 with stamping your foot. Then find another partner and repeat, but also replace 2 with a clap. Find another partner and repeat, but replace 3 with any sort of gesticulation and accompanying noise that you want. Ask each pair to demonstrate their stamp-clap-? to the whole group

larangan meminum cara keldai

Umat islam kelihatan bersahaja ketika minum.

Keadan initidak digalakkan.A pabila hendak minumair pun diminta bersama yang lainiaitu secara berjemaah.

Daripada ibnu Abbas katanya rasulullah bersabda ”Janganlah kamu minum seorang diri seperti keldai tetapi minumlah berdua dan bertiga. Dan bacalah bismillah apabila kamu minum dan ucaplah alhamdulillah apabila kamu selesai minum (riwayat at Tarmizi)

: Misteri Yakjuj & Makjuj

Muncul selepas turunnya Nabi Isa AS dan Dajal.

Tiba-tiba ... splash! splash! splash!

Lembu : Kenapa kau kata macam tu?
Ayam : Tengoklah. Apa mereka buat kat aku!
Lembu : Hah! Buat apa pulak?
berhati perut. Hari-hari dia orang makan telur aku, macamana aku nak dapat anak!

Lembu : Alah! Kau punya masalah kecil aja!
Ayam : Maksud kau??
Lembu : Aku ni, kalau fikirkan nasib aku lagi malang. Rasa nak bunuh diri pun ada. Bayangkan,
hari-hari manusia minum susu aku tapi sorang pun tak pernah panggil aku MAK!
Ayam : (Dalam hati: Tak boleh pakai punya lembu!)

Cara² nak handle HANTU

Pocong

Langsuir
Dia ni suka pandang muka kita, jadi beranikan diri anda tenung balik muka dia sambil jelir-jelir lidah. Kalau tak pun tunjuk cermin muka kat dia, pasti dia tersipu-sipu malu.

Pontianak

Hantu Raya
Hantu ni suka beraya dan suka menyamar jadi tuan dia. Cara mengalahkannya senang saja, sambutlah hari raya tiap kali jumpa dia, bagi duit raya, ajak main meriam buluh, suruh kacau dodol atau jaga lemang. Tentu dia tak kacau kita sebab banyak kerja dan aktiviti lain dia nak buat.

Hantu Galah

Toyol
Lagi senang kalau nak kalahkan dia, bagi duit satu sen berguni-guni..nanti dia ingat duit emas, lepas tu dia pikul bawak balik bagi tuannya. lepas tu sah-sah lah dapat penampau Jepun dari tuannya kerana mana nak tukar duit satu sen banyak tu.

Coleslaw

Bahan-bahan

Kobis Putih 1 kg
Lobak Merah 150 gram
Mayonis 200 gram
Susu Tepung Penuh Krim 4 sudu besar
Gula Pasir 5 sudu besar
Garam 1 sudu teh (rata)
Cuka 1 sudu besar
Bekas (plastic container / tupperware) yang mempunyai penutup.

Cara Membuatnya

1. Kobis dan lobak merah dibasuh bersih-bersih dan keringkan. Setelah itu dihiris dan dicincang kecil-kecil.

Selamat mencuba!

Literature - The Prisoner of Zenda Form 3

1. Dangerous situation
In the Prisoner of Zenda, Rudolf Rassendyll faces great danger when he plans to free King Rudolf from his captors. Rassendyll is an ordinary man with no special military or police training. Yet, he feels a strong moral duty to play his part in ensuring that the right king ascends to power. He works together with Colonel Sapt, who is loyal to the king. The king is abducted by his brother, who is a ruthless man, and is guarded by an equally ruthless group of men, known as the Famous Six. Rassendyll first rescue attempt is not successful. His second rescue attempt is, but only after he changes the plan dramatically at the last minute. Both situations are very dangerous and lives are lost.

2. Admirable character
I find Rudolf Rassendyll an admirable character in the novel The Prisoner of Zenda because he is brave and has a strong sense of responsibility and public duty. On several occasions, he risk his life to save the King. Rassendyll does not have special military training or skills to use weapons. But that does not stop him from challenging the Famous Six. Rudolf continues to pursue Rupert even though he is injured and tired. He does all this because he hopes to bring justice to Zenda and to return the country to its rightful leader.

3. The character I like most
The character I like most in ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’ is Rudolf Rassendyll. He is adventurous, brave and honourable. In Zenda he risked his life to impersonated king Rudolf V. While impersonating the king, he fell in love with Princess Flavia. However, he knew that her duty to her country was more important than their love. This shows his sense of honour. Their last meeting was very touching and sad.

4. Enjoyed reading the novel
I have enjoyed reading the novel ‘Prisoner of Zenda’. The story is interesting and is about the adventures of Rudolf Rassendyll and how he impersonates King Rudolf V. He went on to save the king and finally part from Princess Flavia, the women he loved. Its message is we should handle crises with courage like Rudolf Rassendyll. He also showed that honour was more important than love. I am so inspired by the honourable nature of these two characters.

5. The Brave character
The character who is very brave is Rudolf Rassendyll. He showed great courage by impersonating King Rudolf V though it was dangerous of doing so. Later, when the king is imprison in then castle, he courageously rescued the king. He fought with the king’s enemies and even got wounded in doing so. His courage paid off when King Rudolf was finally rescued and regained his throne.

6. Theme of honour
The theme of honour is well portrayed in ‘the prisoner of zenda’. Rudolf Rassendyll impersonated King Rudolf V who was kept prisoner in Zenda Castle. He fell in love with Princess Flavia who was betrothed to the real king. But his sense of honour made him feel guilty for he was not the real king. In the end, they agreed to part for, to them, honour was more important than their love. Princess Flavia’s duty to her country must come before her love for Rudolf Rassendyll.

7. Lesson that I have learnt
I have learnt an important lesson from ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’. It is facing challenges with courage and honour. Rudolf knew the danger of impersonating King Rudolf V. Yet, he did it to save the throne from the evil Duke Michael. While playing the part of king, he had fallen in love with Princess Flavia. But he part with her as she had a duty to fulfill for her country. Like him, I have learnt that we must handle problems and challenges with courage and honour.

8. Message of loyalty to its readers
The novel ‘Prisoner of Zenda’ has the message of loyalty for its readers. Colonel Sapt sowed loyalty to his king. It was he who suggested to Rudolf Rassendyll to impersonate the king to save the throne. Later, with Rudolf’s Rassendyll’s help, he helped to rescue the king from the castle. Princess Flavia also showed loyalty to her country by sacrificing her love for Rudolf Rassendyll to marry the king Rudolf V. Like them, we should loyal to our country.

9. Brings attention to the value of love
The novel ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’ brings attention to the value of love. While impersonating king Rudolf V, Rudolf Rassendyll fell in love with the beautiful Princess Flavia. She had also fallen in love with him. However, their love was not mean to be, for Princess Flavia was betrothed to the king. In the end, they sacrifices their love for honour and duty. In doing so, Princess Flavia showed that her love for her country was stronger.

10. The title ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’ is relevant to the novel
The title ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’ is relevant to the novel. The story is about the king of Ruritania who was imprisoned by his evil brother, Duke Michael in Zenda castle. Rudolf Rassendyll who bore a striking resemblance to king Rudolf V impersonated the king. While Rudolf Rassendyll was playing the part of king, King Rudolf V was becoming very ill in prison. Rudolf Rassendyl risked his life to rescue the king who got back his throne.

11. An interesting incident
An interesting incident in the novel ‘The Prisoner of Zenda’ was when Rudolf Rassendyll met the king of Ruritania for the first time. For a time, it seemed almost unreal. There was a lot of confusion in this part. This ‘lookalike’ element added intrigue and mystery to the story. It also brought all the earlier questions and riddles to an end. The feeling in this part is like looking at a live image of oneself. I find this is most interesting indeed.

Literature Form 2 - The Potato People

1. Lesson that can be learnt
There are many lesson that can be learned from the novel, Potato People. Perhaps the most important is that we should never give up hope.
Patrick Flynne was a young orphan in Ireland during the time of great famine. He had to fend for himself. All around him were people suffering from the effects of the famine. Some of this people were nasty and took advantage of weaker people, but others were good. Patrick, like many other people, ate whatever he could find. Once he had to eat the rotten meat of a dead dog. Patrick saw his home in his village destroyed and burn down. He saw his best friend, Sean, being arrested. He dream of escaping to Amerika. We should never give up hope and must strive for a better life.

2. Enjoyed reading the novel?
Yes, I have enjoyed reading the novel, ‘Potato People’. The story is interesting, and it has an important message. The story tells about the food famines during the Irish potato blight in 1840s. Its message is that we must control our destiny and work hard towards achieving a better life, like Patrick and Marie. They persevered and never gave up hope for a better life. In the end they settle down in California and became cattle ranchers. I am inspired by the story of their success.

I am inspired by the story of their determination and success.

4. Message of Love
Potato People highlights the message of love. Sean showed his love for Patrick by turning up with the money for the ship tickets after having gone to great lengths to obtain the money. Patrick and Marie struggle together in a new country. Love blossomed between them for they shared difficult as well as happy times. Patrick showed his love for the poor and hungry when he welcomed them at his home in California. These characters portray the value of selfless love.

5. Brave Character
The character in ‘Potato People’ who is brave is Patrick. He showed a great courage by leaving Ireland for a new life in Amerika. Life was full of hardship. He endured the struggle and even joined the Union Army to fight against slavery. His courage paid off when he was promoted to the rank of Captain and had the respect of the people. After the war, he travelled a lot, experiences many dangers and finally, settled down in California.

6. Theme of Perseverance and determination
Patrick and Marie show perseverance and determination to achieve a better life in America. Life in the new country was tough. Often, they had to go hungry. However, they persevered for they never gave up hope for a better future. After so much hardship, they settled down in California. Patrick married Marie and became a wealthy cattle rancher.

I have learnt an important lesson from ‘Potato People’. It is the effort taken in working towards a better future. During their early years in America, Patrick and Marie had to endure many years of hardship. However, the hope or a better life in a new country made them persevere. Their perseverance paid off for life become much better many years later. I have learnt that if one is determined to struggle, one can achieve one’s dreams for a better future.

8. The character I like most
The character I like most in ‘Potato People’ is Marie. She is intelligent, cheerful and determined. She remained cheerful despite the widespread hunger an uncertainty. Her intelligence save her and Patrick when she stopped him from revealing their identity to the soldiers. In New York, she was determined to make a better life for herself. Her struggle finally paid off when she married Patrick and they both settled down in California.

9. The character that u like
I like the character Sean. I think that he was very loyal to his village and he love the people very much. Although he stole from Mr Greystone, he did it because he felt that Mr Greystone was greedy and unfair by burning the village down. The money that he stole, he gave to Patrick and Marie so that they could go to America to lead a better life, a live that he could not live. He was punished for stealing the money, but he did it because he could not bear injustice.

10. Message of loyalty for it readers
The novel ‘Potato People’ has the message of loyalty for its readers. Sean and Patrick were loyal in their friendship with one another. Sean did not reveal the identity of Patrick and Marie to the soldiers. This was to save their lives. When Patrick saw Sean being led away in chains, he wanted to approach Sean, showing his loyalty. Fortunately, Marie saved his life by stopping him from doing so. Like them, we too, must be loyal to our friends.

12. The title ‘Potato People’ is relevant to the novel
The title ‘Potato People’ is relevant to the novel. The story is about the ‘potato blight’ in Ireland in the 1840’s. the people who were victims of this famine were called the ‘Potato People’. They fed on whatever they could find, even decayed meat of dead animals. These people, like Patrick and Marie, saw emigration to the New World as an escape from the starvation and national chaos.

13. Interesting incident
In the novel ‘Potato People’ I especially find the incident in the chapter ‘The Feast’ somewhat intriguing. When Patrick following Marie into the house full of food on the table, it seemed like they had wandered into a dream. This experience was somewhat exciting, yet was dangerous. Had they been caught, the story would have surely ended differently. Strangely, they found humour in narrowly escaping danger. This was both exciting and thrilling to me. It has taught me to strive hard to achieve my dreams
